We are proud of our association with the following developments:

Plantations

We have built 25 homes in Plantations, which is a Tuscan style development with cament roofs, based in hillcrest - KwaZulu Natal. (contract Value: Approx. R40 million)

Greenvale

We have built 3 houses in Greenvale, Hillcrest. (Contract Value: Approx. R6 million)

Phezulu

We are currently involved in Phezulu, based in Alverston - KwaZulu Natal. This estate will be truly magnificent once completed. It is a game estate with thatched roofs’ and curved walls which give it the country game farm look. (Contract Value: Approx. R10 million)

Gowrie Village / Garlington Estate

We have finished building in Gowrie Village, Nottingham Road - KwaZulu Natal. These houses are Natal verandah barn-style homes, with Chromadek roofing. We will be building five units, which will be in a similar style to Gowrie Village, at Garlington Estate (Hilton), in the near future. (Contract Value: Approx. R5 million)

Siteka Country Estate

We have completed five houses at Siteka Country Estate in Curry’s Post - KwaZulu Natal. (Contract Value: Approx. R12 million)

At present we are building the Pre-School for Focus on Ithemba and have also built the new Gate House for them.

We have two new dwellings which we are busy with in Gowrie Farm, Nottingham Road and one in Orangewood Estate which is situated on the Albert Falls dam.

We are excited to see the developments at Cotswold and look forward to our new projects which we will be starting shortly. We have already completed three homes in Cotswold Golf Estate.

We are also have various smaller projects on the go. We are in the process of completing various smaller alterations – Grannyflats, bedroom extensions, bathroom revamps and repainting existing homes.


Other Contracts & Future Developments

We have built the gate houses at Corndene Estate, situated at Peatties Lake, as well as Misty Bay.

We were contracted by Vodacom & MTN for civil works and the erection of transmission masts all over the country, and were appointed by Sect Projects to do civil works for water tanks from the KwaZulu Natal North Coast up to the Mozambican border.
